The SMM151-3EVAL kit is a fully functional printed circuit board designed to demonstrate all the features of the SMM151/2/3 Non-volatile, Single Supply Voltage Marginer and Current/Voltage Monitoring Family. The SMM151-3EV operates from +2.7V to +5.5V supply and includes a non-isolated DC-DC converter. An internal precision voltage reference permits the DC-DC converter to be trimmed to within a 1% tolerance. The SMM151-3EVAL manages the voltage monitoring, margining and trimming of the DC-DC converter output and the converter input current. Converter voltage margining, real-time output voltage and input current readings, along with many other programmable features, are permitted through the I2C 2-wire bus interface.
