Summary
General
Description.
The SMM150EVAL kit is a fully
functional printed circuit board
designed to demonstrate all the
features of the SMM150
Nonvolatile, Single Supply
Voltage Marginer and Active DC
Output Controller
(ADOC).
The SMM150EV operates from +2.7V
to +5.5V supply and includes a
non-isolated DC-DC converter. An
internall precision voltage
reference permits the DC-DC
converter to be trimmed to within
a 1% tolerance. The SMM150EVAL
manages the voltage monitoring,
margining and trimming of the
DC-DC converter. Converter
voltage margining along with many
other programmable features is
permitted through the I2C 2-wire
bus interface.
