OVERVIEW

The S93WD463 is a precision power supervisory circuit providing both active high and active low reset outputs. The S93WD463 incorporates a watchdog timer with a nominal timeout value of 1.6 seconds.

The S93463 has 1,024 bits of E2 memory that is accessable via the industry standard microwire bus. The S93WD463 is configured with an internal ORG pin tied high providing a 16-bit word organization. The S93WD463 has page write capability. The device is designed for a minimum 1,000,000 program/erase cycles and has data retention in excess of 100 years.
