CA -- March 8, 2002 -- Summit Microelectronics
has announced its selection of two new
manufacturing representatives, G2 Sales, Inc. and
Phase2 Technical Sales, to supplement its sales
efforts in the southeastern and western US regions.
G2 will handle sales in the Dixie region, including
Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee,
Alabama, and Mississippi. Phase2 will be
responsible for sales in Northern California and
Northern Nevada. "Aligning
the sales sector to meet the needs of our customers
is paramount in offering complete technology
solutions," said Steven Borochoff, vice president
of sales for Summit. "We want our customers to know
that our representatives understand their
challenges and will put them first in delivering
the best power solution possible." In
another move, Summit has extended the territory
covered by Innovation Sales. Currently handling
sales in San Diego and the Rocky Mountain region
consisting of Colorado and Utah, Innovation Sales
will now also be responsible for all of Southern
