recipient of the year 2000 Outstanding Financial
Performance award presented by the Fabless
Semiconductor Association (FSA). The award is made
to fabless semiconductor company association
members that have demonstrated financial growth and
stability by doubling either their revenue or net
income year over year for the 12-month period
ending September 2000. Ernst & Young LLP
reviewed the financial information for the
contenders and determined eligibility. "The
FSA's award recognizes the fiscal responsibility
