SAN JOSE, CA -- SEPTEMBER 1, 2004 -- Summit Microelectronics has announced the opening of a sales office in Hong Kong to support customers based in Asia-Pacific. As part of this expansion, the Company has named Chris Chau as Summit's regional sales manager and manager of the Asia-Pacific sales office. Mr. Chau reports to Daniel Olson, Summit vicepresident of international sales.
